Born in the midst of a pandemic, we’re all about perseverance and silver linings. Our stylists value individuality, authenticity and creativity and are as well-rounded as their hair skills.
Booking policies
By booking an appointment with Seven Collective you accept these policies.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your stylist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment as accommodating late clients can cause their schedule to be set back for the entire day.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This is because we work by appointment only and it often isn’t possible to fill an appointment on short notice.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and haven’t called or emailed to cancel or reschedule, you may be required to pay for your missed appointment and may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
